Subscription and consent

Fuel40 uses your email address to deliver the guide you ask for. The current signup form asks for express consent to receive the requested guide, ongoing Fuel40 fitness tips, and occasional coaching offers. Submitting the clearly disclosed subscription form is your affirmative opt-in action.

Consent is requested separately from acceptance of this privacy policy. Selecting “Get My Free Guide” submits the subscription form with the disclosure shown beneath the button. We retain the exact disclosure, sender details, CTA label, guide title, version, source page, timestamp and affirmative submission action. You can withdraw consent at any time through a promotional email’s unsubscribe link or by contacting hello@fuel40.com.

Information handling

For a live signup, MailerLite processes your email and signup details for Fuel40. We record the guide, signup source, time, and exact consent text and version, business identification, source page, and submission action to keep a record of your request. We do not sell your information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any marketing email. Contact hello@fuel40.com to ask about your information or request deletion. Operational signup logs are retained for 90 days, unless needed to address a delivery issue. Marketing consent records are retained while you receive marketing and as needed to document your consent.

The signup page does not use advertising trackers. The hosting service and MailerLite may process technical data needed to run their services.

Local preview submissions are saved only on this computer and do not go to MailerLite. Use test addresses for the preview.
